Reset your Administrator Password
You will need to know your Admin password to perform some administrative functions. This includes things like changing the number of licensed users etc. If you forget your admin password, you can enter the SharePoint URL domain that you registered and the email address that was used during registration. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to change your password.
IMPORTANT: You must complete this process within 4 hours. After 4 hours, your request will be rejected.
If you don't receive the password change email, then you haven't entered the correct SharePoint Domain or email address that you used to register with. Make sure that you check your spam folder.
1. Enter your SharePoint Online URL and the Email Address that you registered with in the form above and click the "Start Password Reset Process" button.
2. You will receive an email with a link to the change the Administrator password form. Click the "Reset Now" button in the email.
3. Once the Change Password Reset page is displayed, enter your new password, re-enter it again and click the "Reset Admin Password" Button.
4. Once the process is complete, you will receive validation and an email advising that your password has now changed. Your password change is immediate.
